The
city of nawab literally known by the name Lucknow is undergoing transition.
This is much evident from the urbanization taking place all around. IT Park,
SEZ, educational hub and other commercial houses are being set up. Thus,
employment is in full surge. People from distant areas have mingled here in
search of livelihood. They are the manpower that drives the enterprises.
Eventually they culminate into the pursuit of shelters. At this juncture residential
property Lucknow enters into the scene to avail them the houses that
they are looking for. The people could exercise their choices over the kinds of
houses they were looking for.
Some
of the flat
in Uttarpradesh were eco friendly making you close to the nature. Lush
green plantations summed up for this very goal. Chirping and perching birds
enticed many. Right from the furniture they procured to the paints they brushed
all were in harmony to the greeneries of the surroundings. These were away from
the maddening crowd. To make their connectivity and accessibility easy roads, bridges
and highways were constructed. The city Lucknow was undergoing complete
transformation. People were buying lands and buildings either for resale or to
put them in rent or in lease. Even the overseas Indians were intrigued possibly
for this affair or for their comebacks.
All
these were happening under the supervision of real estate market in India.
Builders and contractors all were driven to make huge sum of money. However the
real estate industry of the city witnessed sharp decline. The reasons were
many, like there was deviation of the fresh graduates to other professions,
protests from the farmers and delayed government clearances. The city was
partitioned into tier I and tier II and were meant for resale than what was
expected.
