Can
the urbanization of a state be ever assessed? Possibly, yes. It is the
manifestation of the progress that gives the concrete evidences. Establishment
of office complexes, shopping malls allied with flats and apartments are the
signs of prosperity. Such advancements are going rapidly in Uttar Pradesh. IT
Parks, SEZ and educational institutions have together occupied the large
geographical area of the densely populated state. In order to offer shelters to

the developments taking place there.
