city of nawab literally known by the name Lucknow is undergoing transition.

SEZ, educational hub and other commercial houses are being set up. Thus,
employment is in full surge. People from distant areas have mingled here in
search of livelihood. They are the manpower that drives the enterprises.
Eventually they culminate into the pursuit of shelters. At this juncture residential

they are looking for. The people could exercise their choices over the kinds of
houses they were looking for.
